Legal structure

Our master foundation was established in 2007 in the Netherlands. It is a not for profit foundation established under Dutch Law and is a registered charity in the Netherlands. In addition to the Dutch foundation we have two subsidiary foundations in the UK and Germany. Both of these are also registered charities in their local jurisdictions. Funds raised by the subsidiary charities will be remitted to the master Dutch foundation or co-donated to the same projects and NGO's supported by the master foundation.
